Location. The Hotel Royal Plaza is positioned within the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., near popular shops, restaurants, parks and golf courses.
Hotel Features. The hotel's Giraffe Caf� prepares buffet style breakfasts and American cuisine throughout the day. The Giraffe Tavern and SIPS Pool Bar serve cocktails, appetizers and light dinners. The resort offers 17,000 square feet of function space. An on site business center offers fax and photocopy services, and wireless Internet access is available for a fee. This property's L shaped, outdoor pool features a poolside bar, with a nearby spa and sauna. The hotel houses a fitness center, an arcade room and four lighted tennis courts. The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day, arranges babysitting services and provides concierge assistance.
Guestrooms. Decorated in tropical style with coral and teal color schemes, the 394 guestrooms feature light wooden furnishings, sitting areas, double armoires and private balconies that overlook the resort grounds. The "Royal Bed" package, offered in all accommodations, includes duvets with satin accents, extra pillows and pillowtop mattresses. Coffeemakers are provided. Room amenities feature extra towels and linens, designer toiletries and deep Roman tubs. Guestrooms are equipped with high speed Internet access.
Expert Tip. This hotel schedules preferred tee times at five of the Disney Championship Golf Courses, and arranges priority seating for Disney dinner shows and theme park restaurants.
