Location. Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort is approximately seven kilometres from city Centre Cancun. The resort is one kilometre from the Cancun Convention Center. The Caribbean Sea is just over three kilometres away. The resort is approximately five kilometres from Isla Mujeres and Puerto Juarez.
Hotel Features. Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort features fresh Caribbean seafood at El Caribe�o Restaurant. Frutas y Flores serves breakfast buffets adjacent to the pool deck. Lunch is available on the beach at Ca�a Brava. Adjacent to the main hotel building, Alfredo Di Roma offers pasta for lunch and dinner. The Deck Bar serves cocktails on a slatted wooden deck with a thatched roof. Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort provides three meeting rooms offering up to 668 square metres of space. A business center is included. High speed and wireless Internet access are available for a fee. The resort features a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, stationary bicycles and free weights. The health center offers massages and a beauty salon. The resort includes two outdoor pools and a spa tub. Non motorized water sports are available at the beach. A florist and gift shop are provided. The resort offers children's activities and childcare.
Guestrooms. Guestrooms at Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort feature tiled floors and light wooden armoires. Desks with lamps are provided. Expert Tip. Less than ten kilometres from the resort, El Rey Archeological Park is a ruins site displaying platforms with round columns that probably previously held palapa roofs. The park is known for its hundreds of iguanas. Guards feed tortillas to the iguanas, so the iguanas often allow humans to approach as they sun on the ruins of ancient buildings.
