The quiet, traditional Hotel de la Fontaine is located on a pedestrian street just 100 meters from Nice's famous Promenade des Anglais and the town's Mediterranean seafront. Air conditioned guestrooms have whitewashed walls and feature simple modern d�cor in blues and soft yellows. All are equipped with cable television, telephones, free Internet connections and private bathrooms with hairdryers.
Continental buffet breakfasts are available each morning and can be taken in the hotel's peaceful patio garden, where tables shaded by parasols are arranged around the fountain. Drinks are available from the bar later on in the day. The hotel operates a round the clock front desk service and there is pay parking about 20 meters away. The historic center of Nice, with its boutiques, restaurants, theaters and bars is approximately one kilometer from the hotel. Nice Cote D'Azur airport is about seven kilometers and approximately a 15 minute drive from the hotel's vicinity. SNCF national train services run between the airport and Nice every 45 minutes There are also regular shuttle buses.
